Call blocking isn’t working
iOS requires you to switch pluris on before it can block or identify anything. Apps aren’t allowed to do this for you.
Go to Settings → Apps → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification and turn pluris on.
The Shield tab in pluris has a Set Up checklist that takes you straight there and confirms once it’s active.
SMS filtering isn’t working
Same reason — it needs switching on in iOS first.
Go to Settings → Apps → Messages → Unknown & Spam → Message Filtering and select pluris.
Filtered messages go to the Junk folder in Messages rather than being deleted, so nothing is lost if a message is caught by mistake.
AutoFill isn’t offering my passwords
pluris needs switching on as a password provider. Go to Settings → General → AutoFill & Passwords and turn on pluris, then open the vault in pluris once, so it can tell iOS which logins it holds.
A login is suggested on the site whose web address it holds. For one saved without an address, add the website in the vault and it will be offered automatically — or fill it now by opening pluris from the AutoFill list and choosing it.
Moving passwords from Apple Passwords
On iOS 26, open the Passwords app, choose Export Data to Another App, pick pluris and confirm. pluris shows every item for review before anything is saved. A free transfer brings in up to 10 items, and Pro brings in all of them.
To restore a pluris backup instead, open the vault’s More → Import & Export → Import and choose Pluris Backup. Restoring your own backup is never capped.
I merged contacts by mistake
Merging is reversible. Deleted contacts go to a trash inside pluris rather than being removed outright, and you can restore them from there. If you have auto-empty enabled in Contacts settings, restore before the retention period elapses.
Why can’t pluris show me how many calls it blocked?
iOS never tells an app that a blocked call happened — the system handles blocking itself and reports nothing back. pluris can show you how many numbers are on your block list, but a count of calls actually blocked isn’t something any app on iOS can know.
Where is my data kept?
On your iPhone. pluris has no account system and no server of ours. Your contacts, photos and messages are processed on the device, and your password vault is kept in the iOS keychain, syncing to your other devices through iCloud Keychain if you have it on. What pluris downloads is public lists of spam numbers, and nothing about you is sent with those requests.
Restoring a purchase
Open Settings → pluris Pro inside the app and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so they carry across your devices.
